With more than two decades of experience following his passion, Nilesh
founded Nordicmojo, scaling up Indo-Nordic collaboration in the field of
technology, education and sustainability to thrive together. Prior to
founding NordicMojo, he has worked as Country Head for Tieto in India. He is
a business leader adept at scaling up Global Technology Capability driving
digital transformation, establishing new competencies, creating working
culture fostering innovation, respect, trust & happiness. Nilesh is also a
steering member of CII Pune, various Academia and Societal engagements.
An accomplished techno-functional leader, Trupti Sahasrabudhe has over 20
years of experience in product engineering and strategy. Her journey to
becoming an accomplished business leader started from being a core product
developer to implementing solutions, managing environments, projects,
programs - a transition which has helped Trupti to remain grounded and
hands-on with trending technology. Astute with leveraging Agile and DevOps
frameworks to deliver ‘Better products, faster’, Trupti brings in a fresh
perspective with her curiosity-driven and innovative attitude, clubbed with
an extraordinary execution capability to strengthen NordicMojo’s delivery
excellence.
A human resources leader with 15 years of experience across IT, e-learning,
staff-augmentation companies. Bhavnidhi’s experience spans the entire gamut
of HR functions including strategy, leadership development, operations,
compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and management and
interpersonal capabilities. She has worked with geographies including United
States, United Kingdom, Hong-Kong and India. In NordicMojo Bhavnidhi is
responsible for hiring and building company’s corporate culture. Her
additional responsibilities include managing finance, accounting, and
administration for NordicMojo. Bhavnidhi is a B.Com graduate from Delhi
University and holds a management degree from Lucknow University.

NordicMojo as the Chief Mentor. Rajeev is a thought leader and veteran from
the creative and entertainment industry. Under Rajeev’s leadership, one of
the world's largest theme parks, Ramoji Film City has continued to expand
and diversify its operations, offering a wide range of services and
facilities to film and television production companies.
Presently Rajeev spearheads key committees and holds leadership positions in
Trade Bodies.

academia in Nordic countries, Dr. Rupali Bhalerao is a Research Analyst with
passion for studies in biological sciences. Skilled in bioinformatics and
life sciences, she holds a PhD focused in Biotechnology from KTH Royal
Institute of Technology, Stockholm. As the Chairperson for the Board of
Nordic Centre in India (NCI), Rupali has led many international student and
staff exchange programs and international student recruitment by
establishing partnership agreements between academic institutions.
With more than two decades of experience, Shantanu is a Business Technology
leader with passion and accomplishments in leading technology programs and
transformations, creating large deal solutions, setting up new technology
business units and an enabler for startup success. With skills in discerning
business cases, critical risk identification, sales & marketing playbooks,
go to market strategies and developing innovative solutions, his strengths
are in the Concept to Product journey, critical success factors and deal
making.
